Mentor – Teaching them to obey everything Jesus commanded

Ecclesia – Gathered together into Church
Acts 11:26 and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So, for an entire year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught substantial numbers of people. The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch.
Colossians 1:24 Now I rejoice in what I am suffering for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking regarding Christ's afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church.
Shepherds – Identify and Train the reproducing leaders
Ephesians 4:11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
